Award Ceremony Procedures

AWARD CEREMONY PROCEDURES :

Award procedure in Front of the Class By a Association Approved Master Instructor: Class lines up from highest to lowest rank from left to right in the regular class formation. Individual who has passed the rank exam/evaluation is called forward. The Individual bows to the Master Instructor. Master Instructor bows back. The individual removes his/her existing belt. Master instructor ties the new rank belt on the individual. The Individual bows to the Master Instructor. Master Instructor bows back. Individual resumes his position in the class line up. Upon processing of the individuals Application for Certification, Association records the individuals new rank status on the Association Database for global search and verification. A New Rank Certificate is mailed directly from the Association Headquarters to the individuals mailing address on record.
