was 10 years old. "...Couldn't sleep at nights, thinking about Kyokushinkai Karate..." His advice to the new comers: Put aside a penny
for every kick you throw. |

perfect Rising Kick. Rising Kicks are mainly used to train the leg
muscles for dynamic movement. Master the Rising Kick, and you can do
all your forward kicks with out difficulty. |

Mr. O's with his Hapkido mentor, Grandmaster Choi. Mr.
Choi is the founder of Chang Woo Hapkido, a traditional
Hapkido system based on the original Hapkido techniques practiced in Korea
when the art was first created. Mr. O's was Mr. Choi's
top disciple and student for many years. |

Same as the traditional martial arts teachers of thousands years ago, Mr. O's was trained
in the Eastern Healing Arts by the Taoist Masters from the Lung Hu Shan
Temple (Dragon Tiger Mountain), located in Yangxi Province, China.
