The Philosophy of Yin and Yang

Mr.O's believes that ancient healing arts should be promoted along side of martial arts, since the combination of both represents the perfect balance.  His early interests in ancient Unani and Turkish Medicine,  has led him to study of Chinese Chi Kung, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Taoist Medicine under Heavenly Master Chang I Hsiang, Taoist Masters Au Yang Tao I, and Sze Hsuan Mei.   A Licensed Acupuncturist and a Chinese Herbalist, Mr.O's currently operates a wellness company in Honolulu Hawaii, O's Acupuncture and Martial Arts, which maintains its own separate website:  www.OsAcupuncture.com

The Brain and the Brawn Should Go Together.

For the Martial Artist the "Way" is in the training

Mr. O enjoys to train.  If he looks familiar on the picture above, it's because you have seen him (and his stomach) on national TV many times, featured on infomercials.  Currently he can be seen on all major TV networks in the United States, and Canada;  also in select international broadcasts across the globe.  Locally, Mr.O appears on several commercials and has been featured on a martial arts documentary.

Mr. O Trivia

So What is with the name?

It is Oguz (pronounced O's).  It comes from Oguz Khan, read more about Oguz Khan and his contributions to Martial Arts here.

How does one teach 40 subjects in all academic levels?
Just like martial arts:  Show up, challenge yourself, learn and do it.  If you are worried about how hard it will be to do something, you have just spent your valuable time worrying instead of working .

What is with all the training?
Mr.O cycles his training just like a professional athlete.  At his peak cycles, he trains up to six hours per day and drops down to as low as 4% body fat .
